Let's Talk152:Why do some people at the top tell regular people that education makes them stupid

My friends, some evil people at the very top often try to convince regular people that education is useless, or even harmful. But the truth is simple: they do not want you to possess the knowledge required to see through their lies and false theories.
You might disagree with me if you’re a trumper. But I ask you to set politics aside for a moment and consider a few critical questions.
Why have dictators throughout history pushed this exact same narrative? Why do they consistently turn poorly educated citizens against the well-educated? Why do they systematically dismantle their own country's education systems?
History shows us that this tactic is not new. Dictators, ancient emperors, and kings all shared the same fear of an educated public. They needed people to remain unquestioning and obedient. They needed the masses to believe they were chosen by divine right, all to maintain their absolute power for as long as possible.
They do not want ordinary people to ask questions. Questions that could shake the very foundation of their power. And today, we see a similar pattern when political leaders demonize higher education and intellectualism.
To fight this, we must dedicate ourselves to self-education. We must read widely, exploring books that challenge us with different, even opposing, viewpoints. This is how we learn to think critically. This is how we find our own answers, rather than accepting the versions handed down to us.
If you still believe that pursuing education or reading books is dangerous, you are falling directly into the trap set by those at the top. To understand the terrifying reality of where this mindset leads, we only need to look at history.
Let me share a true story from Cambodia between 1975 and 1979. It was a dark, horrific era where a regime led by Pol Pot—known as Brother Number One—systematically targeted and murdered millions of his own citizens, starting with the educated.
By April 1975, Pol Pot…
