Crying under a blanket,
a woman twitched.
In a country
Where women must
prove virginity
before marriage.
On her wedding night,
She didn’t bleed.
Her husband
kicked, punched, and struck
her,
blind to her innocence.
Bleeding now—her nose
and lips,
the woman wept
and decided…

The tyrants
in human history,
were masters of
manipulation.
The people—
without good education,
from the ash heap of
society,
easily blinded by
so-called truths,
concentrated on
short-term interests—
worshipped them as gods
and goddesses.
The tyrants—before they
controlled
EVERYTHING in the
country—
treated their followers
like children:
gave them what they
wanted,
sold the nation’s
interests to please them.
The tyrants—afterward—
treated their followers
like slaves:
sapped their will, robbed
their souls,
and stripped them of
rights, property—everything
they had before.
